The Reseller Management system allows you to: - Create and manage reseller accounts - Track commissions and payouts - Monitor reseller performance - Configure reseller settings


Accessing Reseller Management

Navigate to: Admin PanelResellerManage Reseller


Reseller List

Reseller Table

The reseller management table displays all active reseller partnerships:

RESELLER NAME Company or individual name
PHONE NUMBER Contact phone
ADDRESS Business address
CREATED BY Admin who created account
ACTIONS Edit or manage reseller

Creating a New Reseller

Access Creation Form

Navigate to: ResellerCreate Reseller or click "+ New" button

Password Requirements

Password must be at least 8 characters long. Include uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters for best security.

Saving Reseller

To create the reseller: 1. Fill in all required fields (marked with ) 2. Review all information for accuracy 3. Click *"Save"** button 4. Reseller account is created 5. Admin login credentials are emailed


Managing Existing Resellers

To edit a reseller: 1. Locate reseller in the table 2. Click edit icon (✏️) in Actions column 3. Modify desired fields 4. Click "Save" to update

When commissions are earned: - Automatically tracked - Calculated based on sales - Updated in real-time - Ready for payout processing


Commission Structure Examples

Percentage Commission

Example: 10% commission - Sale: $100 - Commission: $10 - Reseller receives: $10 per sale

Flat Rate Commission

Example: $5 per sale - Regardless of sale amount - Consistent earnings - Predictable payouts

Tiered Commission

Example: Volume-based - 1-10 sales: 5% - 11-50 sales: 10% - 51+ sales: 15%

Recurring Commission

Example: Subscription-based - Monthly subscription: \(50 - Commission: 20% (\)10/month) - Ongoing as long as customer subscribed

What Resellers Can See

Reseller Dashboard Includes: - Commission earnings - Sales statistics - Customer list - Payment history - Referral links - Marketing materials - Performance analytics

Reseller Capabilities: - View own sales and commissions - Track customer subscriptions - Access referral tools - Generate reports - Update profile information - Cannot access other resellers' data - Cannot modify platform settings


Processing Commissions

Payment Workflow

1. Commission Earned: - Customer makes purchase through reseller link - Commission automatically calculated - Added to pending commissions

2. Review Period: - Minimum holding period (e.g., 30 days) - Verify sale is not refunded - Confirm customer is active

3. Process Payment: - Navigate to Commissions table - Select commissions to pay - Process payment via bank transfer - Mark as "Paid" - Send confirmation to reseller

4. Record Keeping: - Transaction logged - Email receipt sent - Updated in financial reports - Available for tax reporting

Payment Methods

Troubleshooting

Reseller Cannot Login
