Getting Started with iQuivity¶
Get started with iQuivity in just a few minutes. This guide walks you through the login process, subscription setup, and initial account configuration.
Step 1: Login¶
Accessing Your Account¶
Navigate to the iQuivity login page and enter your credentials.

Login Page Elements: - Email Address - Your registered email - Password - Your account password (click eye icon to show/hide) - Remember me - Stay logged in on this device - Forgot Password? - Reset your password via email - Sign up - Create a new account if you don't have one
First Time Users
If you don't have an account yet, click "Sign up" to create one. You'll need to provide your email, create a password, and verify your email address.
Two-Factor Authentication¶
If you have 2FA enabled, you'll be prompted to enter your verification code after entering your password.
See Two-Factor Authentication Setup for details on enabling 2FA.
Step 2: Subscription (If Not Subscribed)¶

If you don't have an active subscription, you'll be directed to the Plans and Pricing page.

Pre-Paid Plans: Toggle to "Pre-Paid" to see token-based plans with one-time purchases.
Plan Selection
Choose a plan that fits your needs based on: - Number of users/team members - Monthly credit requirements (Words, Images, Audio, Video) - Access to AI Bots and IQ Bots - Team collaboration features
After Selecting a Plan: 1. Click the plan you want to subscribe to 2. Configure number of users (if applicable) 3. Complete payment process 4. You'll be redirected to your dashboard
Step 3: Dashboard (If Subscribed)¶

Step 5: Setup Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)¶
Enabling 2FA¶
Access 2FA setup from the user menu by clicking 2-Factor Auth.

❶ Install Google Authenticator App
To enable 2FA, you'll need the Google Authenticator
App. You can download it from the App Store or Google
PlayStore.
❷ Scan the QR Code.
Use your phone's camera to scan the QR Code below.
If scanning isn't an option, you can manually input
the key into your app.

❸ Scan the QR Code.
Please input the 6-digit verification code displayed
on your Google Authenticator app to finalize the
process and activate 2FA.

2FA Setup Steps¶
Step 1: Install Authenticator App
Download and install one of these authenticator apps: - Google Authenticator (iOS, Android) - Microsoft Authenticator (iOS, Android) - Authy (iOS, Android, Desktop) - 1Password - LastPass Authenticator
Step 2: Scan QR Code
Open your authenticator app and scan the QR code displayed on the page.
Alternative: Manual Entry If you can't scan the QR code: 1. Click the copy icon next to the manual key 2. Open your authenticator app 3. Choose "Enter key manually" 4. Paste the key (e.g., NHCIJFTSAR5WSMER) 5. Save the entry
Step 3: Enter Verification Code
- Your authenticator app will display a 6-digit code
- Enter this code on the 2FA setup page
- Click Enable 2FA
- 2FA is now activated!
2FA Activated
Once enabled, you'll need to enter a code from your authenticator app every time you log in (unless you check "Trust this device").
Disabling 2FA¶
If you need to disable 2FA:
- Click your profile icon → 2-Factor Auth.
- On the My Account page, under Security section, click Deactivate 2FA
- Enter your current password
- Enter current 2FA code from authenticator app
- Confirm deactivation
Security Warning
Disabling 2FA makes your account less secure. Only disable if absolutely necessary.
